My client is a leading insurance company dedicated to providing exceptional services and products to their clients. They are looking for an experienced Agency Recruitment Senior Manager to enhance their agency recruitment strategies and expand their agency network.

- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for agency positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize agency recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential recruitment opportunities and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to promote agency recruitment initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Good knowledge and experience within the MCI agency channel
- Proven track record in agency recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Candidates with less working experience might be considered a junior title
