My client is a well-established international insurance company, who is looking for an Agency Recruitment Senior Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for agency distribution channels. This role involves identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth and enhance the agency network.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality agency candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding agency personnel.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Performance Metrics: Establish recruitment KPIs and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs for new recruits, focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in agency recruitment.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and provide regular reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Candidates with MCI experience has an added advantage
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
