As part of their mission to offer secure and innovative services, they are seeking a skilled Product Manager – Custody to focus on building and managing custody solutions that cater to the needs of institutional and retail clients.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies for custody-related products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Define features, write detailed product specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custody solutions on time and with high quality.
Conduct user studies and customer interviews to build empathy and ensure custody products meet users’ needs.
Collect and analyze feedback to iterate on custody product features and continuously improve user experience.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure the custody solutions remain industry-leading.
Prioritize initiatives, balance tradeoffs, and make informed decisions to align projects with business goals.
Manage specific custody-related features and oversee their end-to-end development lifecycle.
Collaborate with QA to write test plans and ensure custody solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Growth, to ensure smooth execution of custody projects.

Job Requirements

Experience with settlement operations or custody services is a strong plus.
Familiarity with regulated financial products, particularly for institutional clients, is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of digital assets and private key management is highly preferred.
A data-driven mindset, combined with a strong focus on user needs and behavior.
Passion for creating secure, user-friendly, and innovative custody solutions.
Proven experience shipping and iterating on technology or financial products at scale.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, compliance, and other stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering results.
Humility, diligence, and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
Strong aptitude for understanding technical concepts, especially those related to blockchain, security, and custody.
