Job Description:
- Responsible for general office administrative duties including but not limited to meeting room arrangement, office supply procurement to facilities management etc.
- Act as a the “face” of the firm to greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Handle office maintenance matters such as liaise the tendency, potential office renovation, petty cash etc.
- Work closely with Top Management for the annual budgeting
- Assist in ad hoc task/ company events when necessary
- Degree holder on business administration, with at least 3 years’ experience as Admin professional
- Candidates from professional service industry (i.e. banking/ professional firms or legal) has an added advantage
- Candidates who are outspoken with a mature manner and detail-minded
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
