Job Description:
- Work closely with the Sales Director to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market demands
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure a high-performing sales culture
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand the company’s market presence and customer base
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Great command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
