Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies for derivatives products, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, write test plans with QA, and support the development and timely delivery of derivatives products and features.
  • Conduct user research, participate in customer interviews, and gather actionable feedback to ensure products align with user needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities within the derivatives market and enhance the company’s offerings.
  • Leverage data analytics and user insights to make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization and contribute to the product strategy, balancing trade-offs effectively.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure derivatives products meet regulatory standards and risk management requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and oversee specific feature development within the derivatives product line.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in product management within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry, with a focus on derivatives products.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives instruments (e.g., futures, options, perpetual swaps) and their applications in financial and crypto markets.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality products, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or crypto environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user insights and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and creating user-centric products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles related to derivatives trading in the crypto space.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the global cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, including trends and competitors.
  • Experience conducting user research or customer interviews in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
