AI Engineer - SaaS Platform ( Working Location: Taiwan)

The AI Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our SaaS platform. This role involves leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics to create intelligent systems that enhance the performance and capabilities of our software. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of working on SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance the functionality of the SaaS platform. Design, prototype, and validate data-driven solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs) to assess the viability of new AI and machine learning capabilities for market readiness.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to create predictive models and improve system performance.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the existing SaaS architecture.
• Establish and maintain performance monitoring frameworks for AI-driven features, utilizing key performance metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize model accuracy.
• Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams, training users on the AI-powered tools and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure high data quality and integrity for effective model training and deployment.
• Contribute to the development of AI ethics and governance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML-based solutions, preferably in the SaaS Platform or sustainability domains.
• Solid expertise in AI/ML fundamentals and skilled in Python; experienced with AI libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Proven track record in data analysis, especially with large language models and multimodal foundational models; adept at training, optimizing, and customizing models (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, and continuous pre-training).
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, adaptable, meticulous, and committed to ongoing learning.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
