As the Employee Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will work closely with leadership, HR, and employees across the globe to ensure our workforce is motivated, connected, and aligned with their company values. This role is critical in enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational performance.

Job Duties:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and well-being
  • Conduct regular employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to create programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
  • Organize and manage employee events, workshops, and team-building activities
  • Partner with internal communications to ensure consistent and transparent messaging that fosters a sense of belonging
  • Analyze engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative engagement strategies to keep programs fresh and impactful
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related role, preferably in a global or fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Candidates who are passionate in Staff engagement and event coordination are welcome to apply
  • Candidates who are coming from communication background but passionate in events are welcome!
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Manager
