Job description

Our client is a renowned conglomerate with a strong global reputation. As the market has opened up, the projected business growth is substantial and hence they are looking for a strategist that is strong in membership management and development across tiers.

Responsibility
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of CRM marketing automation, journeys, and processes to achieve business efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain analytical data models and data marts to support CRM reporting and decision-making
  • Hands-on experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate, clean, and prepare data from various sources
  • Utilize Python or other analytical tools for automation, data manipulation, and statistical modeling
  • Conduct in-depth customer segmentation, campaign analysis, churn prediction, and lifetime value modeling
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their data and analytics requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the implementation of advanced analytics techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the CRM and data analytics space
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Market Research, or similar quantitatively driven majors.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM-focused role, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
  • Proficient in data ETL, dimensional modeling, and the creation of analytical data marts
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or other data analysis tools
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from large and complex data sets
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to effectively communicate findings
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and campaign optimization is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation
