(Assistant) Sales Manager - Cash Solutions

Location: Hong Kong
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission

My client is a premier provider of cash and retail management solutions, dedicated to helping businesses optimize their cash flow and enhance operational efficiency. They take pride on their innovative products and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced (Assistant) Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic initiatives to expand my client’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering outstanding cash solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their cash management needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in solutions or B2B industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive with great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Language – good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
