Salary Package: 13-month Guarantee Basic Salary + Commission + Year-end Bonus

My client is a well-established leader in the supply chain industry, dedicated to delivering innovative logistics solutions that optimize supply chain and enhance operational efficiency for our clients. With a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, they are expanding our team and looking for a talented B2B Sales Manager.

Currently seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the supply chain industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their supply chain needs and challenges.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates with regional/global exposure has an added advantage
  • Candidates with clients from commerce/retail segment has an added advantage
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
