Remuneration Package: basic salary + quarterly incentive

My client is a premier high net worth (HNW) insurance broker that specializes in providing tailored insurance solutions to affluent clients. They pride themselves on their exceptional service and expertise in the luxury market. Currently seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the sales team in driving growth and managing client relationships. Your role will involve assisting in the development of sales strategies, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our high-net-worth clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist Head of Sales in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Team Coordination: Support the sales team in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client communications.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the high-net-worth insurance sector, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management on team performance and client feedback.
  • Event Participation: Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and expand our client base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth clients and their unique insurance needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • IIQE required
