This leading Chinese Financial Services is looking for seasoned KYC/ Client Onboarding talent to join their team covering individual and/ or institutional clients due to business expansion. Great working culture and great remuneration package are provided.

As the Associate/ AVP, KYC/ Client Onboarding Analyst in a Leading Chinese Financial Services, your key responsibility will be to:
- Oversee the KYC and client onboarding process to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on new/ existing clients, support the business units in completing internal risk assessment material on AML/ CTF for KYC review
- Conduct negative news search and name screening/ sanction screening of clients
- Liaise with internal teams to streamline and review the onboarding experience/ procedure - ensure all related procedure and documentation required to complete KYC review are properly executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal AML policies
- Prepare and review management reports
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Attentive to details, compliance and control oriented, diligent, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Possession of good knowledge on banking operations, products and services. Self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
- AML/CFT compliance knowledge is preferred
- Familiar with the banking ordinance and rules, codes and guidelines issues by HKMA
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
