Job Description:

My client is a MNC in the beauty industry. To cope with their business strategy, they are looking for a Product Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and sell beauty products.
They work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and advertising, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new beauty products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique features and benefits of the beauty products.
  • Create marketing plans and campaigns to drive product awareness, demand, and sales, across multiple channels, including online, offline, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, such as packaging, brochures, digital content, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate product launches, including timing, pricing, packaging, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, sales data, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Support sales teams to ensure product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related roles within the beauty industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
