They are looking for a dynamic Brokerage Channel Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our life insurance product offerings through strategic partnerships.
As the Brokerage Channel Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance relationships with brokers and expand market reach. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, driving sales, and ensuring products meet the needs of their clients.

As the Brokerage Channel Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance relationships with brokers and expand market reach. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, driving sales, and ensuring products meet the needs of their clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage partners to enhance collaboration and drive sales.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the brokerage channel for life insurance products.
- Provide ongoing training and support to brokers, ensuring they understand our product offerings and sales processes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the life insurance sector.
- Track sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance to inform strategy adjustments and improve results.
- Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and compliance, to ensure alignment and support for brokerage initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance industry
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with brokerage firms and understanding of brokerage channel dynamics.
- Life insurance licensing and relevant industry certifications (IIQE)
