- Oversee and streamline global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
- Performing audits on HR processes and data, including hiring, termination of service, and P-file on a regular basis
- Act as a trusted partner to employees, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive employee experience across all touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all countries of operation
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other teams to support organizational goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment
- Bachelor Degree majored in Human Resources or other related discipline
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) and other HR tools
- Experience working with international teams and knowledge of global HR compliance and regulations
- A genuine passion for creating an exceptional employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
