As they continue to scale, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic People Operations Manager to join their People & Culture team and help build a world-class employee experience.

As the People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing people operations to support their growing international workforce. You’ll ensure that the HR processes, systems, and policies are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Performing audits on HR processes and data, including hiring, termination of service, and P-file on a regular basis
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive employee experience across all touchpoints
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all countries of operation
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other teams to support organizational goals

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Bachelor Degree majored in Human Resources or other related discipline 
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) and other HR tools
  • Experience working with international teams and knowledge of global HR compliance and regulations
  • A genuine passion for creating an exceptional employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
