About the Company:
My client is a MNC and they are currently looking for a Total Rewards Lead to join their team.

They are looking for a seasoned Rewards professional to set up different high-level Rewards strategies and programmes. This role is a newly created headcount to cater their upcoming global-wide transformation. The ideal candidate will be the “To-go” person for high-level C&B matters and will work closely with local HR across different countries for global framework / projects implementation.

Job Description:
  • Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives
  • Oversee the global rewards initiatives, also provide professional advice to business leaders to support the business design, actively involved in strategic direction planning for the company
  • Work closely with HR Consultancies to set up a high-level competitive salary benchmarking and market related pay research that can roll-out into different markets
  • Lead the annual compensation exercise such as large-scale salary benchmarking, bonus/ incentive scheme revamp/ review etc.
  • Review the existing job grading and evaluation across the firms and set up a general framework for local HRs to follow and implement
  • Act as an advisor for C&B initiatives and to provide guidance for local HRs
  • Conduct different analysis when necessary, including costing analysis, budgeting, workforce planning etc.
  • In charge of review/ revamp of the company benefits programme, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, flexi-benefits, company medical plans etc. when necessary
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc projects when needed
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor Degree majored in Human Resources, Statistics or other related discipline 
  • At least 15 years of Rewards preferably in sizeable firms, having regional/ global experience is a must
  • Agile and flexible candidate with can-do attitude is desired
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills  
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
