We are seeking an entry level ambitious and dynamic individual to join my client who is a start-up Venture Capital company as CEO Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who is eager to grow and groom into a Chief of Staff or Management role in the future. As the CEO Assistant, you will work closely with the company founder, providing high-level support in managing various day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. This role is based in Las Vegas, USA; relocation will be provided. Candidates who has previously studied in the States before/ lived there before will be an advantage.

Job responsibilities:
- Support the founder in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, investors, and industry partners across HK, China and Singapore, ensuring smooth communication and to regular update the founder with the company’s status
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market data, and potential investment opportunities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings, investor pitches, and conferences
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Provide comprehensive support to the company founder, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence (Business matters only, when necessary)
- Eager to learn and seek for growth opportunities to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to transition into a Chief of Staff role or business management role in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any other related field. Candidates who studied aboard will be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably from management consulting firms
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Passionate in crypto and blockchain technology is a plus
- Proficient level in both English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
