To cope with their busienss expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communcations Lead to drive their marketing initiatives in China. This role will be pivotal in shaping their brand strategy, enhancing market presence, and leading a talented team to achieve marketing objectives.

This role will be pivotal in shaping their brand strategy, enhancing market presence, and leading a talented team to achieve marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with company goals.
- Outreach, foster and maintain media relationship for corporate communications initiatives such as product launch and press release
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and branding, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry within China market.
- Strong business acumen and solid understanding of the Chinese market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin
