Job Description:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and job satisfaction
- Coordinate and lead employee recognition programs and events
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to assess employee satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of open communication and teamwork
- Identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and propose solutions
- Promote DE&I and host different CSR / Wellbeing events to engage with staff and delivering the values of the firm
- Take part in other ad hoc HR projects when necessary
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience within a sizeable organisation
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Candidates who are passionate in Staff engagement and event coordination are welcome to apply
- Candidates who are comuing from communication background but passionate in events are welcome!
- Candidates with more expereince can be considered as Senior Manager
