My client is a leading insurance provider committed to delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to clients. They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Experience Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

As the Client Experience Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous improvement of our customer experience, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assist Team leader in developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to identify and address customer pain points
  • Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction data, and market trends to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate the implementation of new customer-centric processes, tools, and technologies
  • Support the planning and execution of customer-focused events, campaigns, and training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization
  • Contribute to the development of customer-facing communications and marketing materials
  • Serve as a customer advocate and champion a culture of customer centricity within the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a customer experience, customer service, or related role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiarity with customer experience best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required
