- Assist Team leader in developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to identify and address customer pain points
- Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction data, and market trends to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate the implementation of new customer-centric processes, tools, and technologies
- Support the planning and execution of customer-focused events, campaigns, and training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization
- Contribute to the development of customer-facing communications and marketing materials
- Serve as a customer advocate and champion a culture of customer centricity within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a customer experience, customer service, or related role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with customer experience best practices, tools, and technologies
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required
