- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that align with company’s goals and values.
- Oversee all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media, website content, and corporate announcements.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, managing media relations and building strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute employer branding campaign and strategies to enhance and upkeep company’s reputation
- Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to protect the company’s reputation.
- Manage the communications budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Supervise and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
