This leading insurance broker is looking for seasoned compliance talent to join them due to business expansion. You will be joining a team of 3 reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance. Great exposure and great working culture will be provided.

job scope.
As the Compliance Manager in a insurance broker, your key responsibility will be to:

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Review, maintain and implement up-to-date compliance policies and manuals on Data Privacy, Complaints Handling, Cross Border etc
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
Provide advice and review on compliance issues in relation to AML/CTF, establish compliance controls and perform KYC/ CDD/ AML review and monitoring;
Liaise with relevant departments to resolve day-to-day compliance issues in relation to AML/CTF and provide compliance advices to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
Liaise with the relevant departments to prepare the information/materials/reports requests by the regulators IA and auditor
Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Participate in and handle ad hoc projects assigned

requirements.

Degree or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance within the insurance/ insurance broker industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards, Knowledge in SG MAS Broker requirements is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
