Position Overview:
As a Crypto Structurer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing structured financial products in the crypto option space. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful launch and management of these products, focusing on market analysis, product design, and customized client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Product Design:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and market demands in the crypto space.
- Participate in the design and development of new structured products.
- Collaboration with Product and Development Teams:
- Work closely with the product and development teams to integrate and launch structured products with our partners.
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication between internal teams.
- Pricing and Valuation:
- Respond to client RFQ requests by utilizing internal pricing models and tools.
- Customized Client Solutions:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand and meet specific customization requests from clients.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with clients' investment goals.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of structured products, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Track P&L on a daily basis to ensure accurate reporting of performance.
- Establish and manage risk thresholds, such as maximum order limits, and develop additional measures to gauge counterparty risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial structuring, particularly with options and structured products, and a deep understanding of crypto markets and digital assets.
- Proven track record in market analysis, product design, risk management, and developing and implementing structured products.
- Previous experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Mandarin is a must; English is a strong plus.
