job scope.
As the Director, Product Management focusing on Alternatives & Funds in a Leading Private Chinese Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:

Supervise the onboarding process for new fund and alternative investment offerings, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Create and uphold comprehensive documentation and procedures for onboarding.
Serve as the main point of contact between investment teams, compliance, and operations to foster effective communication and teamwork.
Frequently interact with internal stakeholders to collect feedback, resolve issues, and share updates on product performance and strategies.
Conduct competitive assessments and market analysis to inform product positioning and strategic direction.
Evaluate product performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership.
Develop educational materials and training programs for internal stakeholders to enhance their comprehension of fund and alternative investment offerings.
Offer continuous support and expertise to sales and client relationship teams.

requirements.

Degree holder or above in business, finance or related disciplines, holder of professional qualifications in Finance (e.g. CFA, CAIA) or Investment discipline will be a plus
10 years or above solid working experience in banking or financial industry, particularly in the product development and management of private banking / asset management will be a plus
Possesses solid knowledge in fund management & product onboarding and various alternative investment products, familiar with regulatory requirements
Strong communications, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Agile and flexible to adapt
Strong computer skill such as MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; with prior experience in system enhancement project
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
