- Prepare and manage the annual budget and capital expenditure plans
- Ensure all operations are conducted securely, safely, and efficiently, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Regularly report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
- Proven experience in a senior management role with profit and loss responsibility
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment
