Company Overview.
- Our client is a leading global crypto exchange that offers innovative and secure solutions for trading crypto assets and derivatives. They are looking for a Futures Operations Director to join their dynamic team and lead the design and development of their crypto trading products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Increase Trading Volume and Market Share: Drive significant growth in futures trading by analyzing data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
- User Lifecycle Management: Design and implement strategies for user engagement, including large-scale trading competitions and promotional events to attract high-value users.
- Product Collaboration: Work with the product team to define and enhance futures trading products, ensuring an improved user experience and stronger market position.
- Futures Pair Management: Plan and oversee the listing and optimization of futures pairs, manage liquidity for stability, and assist in developing comprehensive risk control strategies.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments—regional, brand, product, technology, and risk control—to ensure effective execution of futures growth strategies.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large teams and projects.
- Strategic Leadership: Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex growth strategies; familiarity with futures trading and pair operations is essential.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Advanced data analysis skills for making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and motivation of cross-departmental collaboration.
- Innovation and Results Orientation: Strong capabilities in innovation and execution, with a focus on achieving tangible results and driving business growth.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
