Role Summary: Lead and develop strategies for talent development within agency channels. To deploy talent development strategy and oversee functions including Distribution Training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Devise strategies for Distribution Training and Development and Brighter Academy to meet business targets.
- Establish capability and performance standards for agency channels.
- Provide input into the broader distribution strategy.
- Talent Development:
- Create advanced training programs for onboarding and developing agency and partnership teams.
- Manage e-learning and onboarding platforms.
- Initiate projects to enhance productivity.
- Represent agency on product training and development.
- Team Management:
- Build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure team development and proper succession planning.
- Degree holder or above.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in insurance or banking, with 5 years at a managerial level.
- FLMI holder preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and creative mindset.
- Ability to engage and retain key team members.
- Sound knowledge of agency operations.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
