This Leading Chinese Asset Management is looking for a legal counsel to lead their legal team to oversee the firm legal matter. You will be leading a team of 3, great working culture and great remuneration package will be provided.

- As the Head of Legal for a Leading Chinese Asset Management, your key responsibility will be to:
- Provide strategic legal guidance and oversight to the executive team and other key stakeholders
- Manage a team of in-house legal professionals to ensure efficient and effective legal support across the organization by designing and coordinating the work division and manpower allocation of the legal team
- Managing external legal counsels and providing standardized and systematic instructions to external counsels
- Negotiate and review complex commercial contracts, investment management agreements, and other legal documents
- Stay up-to-date with evolving legal and regulatory landscape and advise the business accordingly
- Handling cross-department matters

- PQE 10 years with legal qualification in a common law jurisdiction and PRC
- Working experience: managerial in-house role at reputable international corporate or senior level at international law firm
- Sound knowledge on financial service regulatory and fund setup and authorization requirements
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good attitude, and willing to take initiatives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
