Our client is a leading financial services organization with a focus on insurance products. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Partnership to join their team.
This is a confidential search, and we cannot disclose our company name at this stage. The primary objective of this role is to deploy innovative business strategies and expand the business channels to create additional revenue streams.
(Applicants with less experience in insurance but possess solid partnership development experience could be considered as well)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a confidential business strategy to identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with our company's objectives.
2. Create and nurture relationships with potential partners in the financial services sector to explore collaboration opportunities and drive business growth.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify partnership opportunities that will enhance our product portfolio and market presence.
4. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and terms.
5. Drive the development and execution of partnership plans, including go-to-market strategies, joint marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing models.
6. Monitor and analyze partnership performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and maximize ROI.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging partnership opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnership initiatives across the organization.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, with a strong background in the insurance industry.
2. Proven track record in partnership development and management, ideally with experience in B2B2C collaborations.
3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
4. Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, with a focus on revenue generation.
5. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
