About the Company:
My client is a MNC with regional office in Hong Kong.

With the company’s future direction, my client has upgraded this role to a Director level to look after the overall Talent Management and Development matters. They are looking for someone who has solid knowledge in building a Talent Management framework also to design for leadership development as well as establish the learning behaviour for the staff. The ideal candidate has to be someone who is passionate in the field with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team. This role is a team leader position and candidates with good supervisory skills are required.

Job Description:
  • Discuss with Top Management with the company’s upcoming objectives/ visions on a regular basis, provide strategic ideas for them from talent to organisation design
  • Set up leadership programme for leaders and managers for them to ensure their development progression, work closely with external vendors when necessary
  • Work closely with Global with the learning framework as well as promoting the learning culture for staff
  • Design the Talent Management (TM) programmes, including but not limited to talent review, succession planning, TM measuring tools etc.
  • Regularly review the Talent pool selection process and identify the talents to proceed to company Leadership training
  • Discover the learning gap of the leaders and young managers by conducting different analysis / survey, identify the necessary development programme
  • Lead and drive Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives and strategies to create an inclusive and diverse work culture, fostering an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration
  • Assist with other ad hoc HR projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 10years of L&D and TM experience within a sizeable organisation, coming from a generalist background will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and have touched on E-learning modules before
