Job Description:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Compensation & Benefit, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Learning & Development Coordination, etc
- Providing professional HR advisory to Business Heads and handle employee performance management related matters
- Oversee the daily administration functions to ensure everything run smoothly in the office
- Identify the training needs of the office and consolidate the related data and share with the training team
- In charge of preparing of monthly payroll by using HRIS
- Participate in any ad hoc tasks or projects when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in all-rounded HR functions working experience with sound team-leading and management skills
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- A short notice period is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
