Job Description:
- Work closely with Management / Department Heads to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, retention / expansion matters etc.
- Work as a team with Management for any upcoming office expansion (across the region), be the representative of HR to ensure all the logistics and policy are aligned with the local regulations
- Facilitate and plan for the business unit’s succession planning and performance management issues
- Closely liaise with TA team for the hiring needs and monitor the process of hiring
- Take part in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 6 years of HR experience preferably from Fintech/ Tech/ Financial companies
- The ideal candidate should be fast paced, driven and agile
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
