My client is a Fintech company and they are currently looking for a HRBP lead to join their team.
With the growth of the business, they have decided to expand the team with a new headcount. They are looking for a HRBP lead with experiences from similar industry to take up the role to provide HR advisory to the Senior Management and provide appropriate & sophisticated HR strategies. This role is also a leadership position taking care a small team of HRBPs to look after the internal clients (business). The ideal candidate should have great stakeholder management skills with proven leadership track record required.

Job Description:
- Work closely with Management / Engineering Department Heads to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, retention / expansion matters etc.
- Work as a team with Management for any upcoming office expansion (across the region), be the representative of HR to ensure all the logistics and policy are aligned with the local regulations
- Act as a good team leader and mentor to motivate and maximise the potential of the team members
- Facilitate and plan for the business unit’s succession planning and performance management issues
- Closely liaise with TA team for the hiring needs and monitor the process of hiring
- Take part in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 10 years of HR experience preferably from Fintech/ Tech/ Financial companies, strong experience dealing with engineers/ tech staff will have added advantage
- The ideal candidate should be fast paced, driven and agile
- Proficiency in Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a MUST
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
