Company Overview:
My client is a Tech MNC with strong presence over the globe. As a global leader in the industry, they are currently undergoing an HRIS transformation project. They are seeking a skilled HRIS Lead to become the leader of the team and play a vital role in a long run.

The ideal candidate should act as a Subject Matter Expert and act as a bridge between HR and IT departments. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement HRIS solutions that align with our business needs and enhance overall HR operations; being able to understand the HR operation in the first place is essential to excel in the role; having certain level of tech knowledge may also help but not necessary. This is a newly created headcount and is a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the HRIS related matters within the team
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure HR systems alignment with organizational goals and HR best practices
  • Assess current HRIS capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, develop and implement HR technology strategies to enhance efficiency and data accuracy, with a strong emphasis on HR process improvement
  • Manage HR data analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making in HR initiatives
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, upgrade and deployment of HRIS
  • Maintain/ update the process documentation, user guides, and training materials when necessary
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks if necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of related expereince and proven track record of leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, having experienced in different HRIS systems will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Candidates with short notice will be an advantage
