Job description
Our client is an insurance team in a domestic bank in Hong Kong and they are hiring Insurance Sales Assistant Manager / Managers to support their customer in providing insurance products advisory. Interested parties with retail bank experience and good insurance product knowledge are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Relationship Manager in different branches to locate potential customers.
• To target High Net Worth customers and identify customers' wealth management needs and introduce appropriate insurance solutions in the market.
• To provide insurance products advice and services to complete the sales journey.
Requirements
• 4-8 years of working experience in retail banking, insurance companies or professional service areas.
• IIQE Paper 1,3,5
• University Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification.
• Good compliance practice and insurance products knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, and English
• Proactive, team playing, working with teammates to achieve business goals together.
• Innovative and sound problem-solving skills to respond to brokers
