As the Investor Relations in a fast-growing capital management Firm, your key responsibility will be to:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to attract new investors and increase capital commitments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, ensuring they are informed about fund performance and investment strategies.
Prepare and present detailed fund performance reports, marketing materials, and investor communications.
Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, presentations, and events to promote the firm’s investment offerings.
Collaborate with the investment team to articulate the firm’s investment philosophy, strategy, and performance metrics effectively.
Conduct market research to identify potential investors and industry trends that may impact fundraising efforts.
Monitor investor feedback and market sentiment to refine fundraising strategies and improve investor relations practices.

requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development within the hedge fund or asset management industry.
Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, investment strategies, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
