Responsibilities
- Works with stakeholders, who define the requirements of the project, and translate that into deliverables and milestones.
- Helps the tech lead define tasks, scope and milestones, to successfully launch and land the project.
- Documents the initial expectations of the project and clearly identifies the changes being requested.
- Understands the budget and schedule impact of any changes and makes sure that the stakeholders understand those impacts. Integrates all project work by developing the project management plan, directing the work, documenting reports, controlling change, and monitoring quality.
- Helps define and create clear roles and gives direction to each team member and stakeholder
- Communicates with clients to assess satisfaction levels with solutions and services.
- Tasks include developing detailed process flowcharts that cover both functional and non-functional epics and stories, in line with customer journey and regulatory requirements. Also excel at presenting technology-based solutions in business scenarios and handling difficult situations with ease.
- Work with client to specify detailed workflows on current “as-is” and provide best practice input in the definition of proposed “to-be” process(s).
- Prepare process, installation, operating procedure and user/trainer training documentation; provide training and support to client of standard package and tailored system; support the delivery of end user and train-the-trainer training sessions.
- Accurate and timely administration of project progress, documentation, budget and resource utilization reporting.
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- At least 4 years' in project management, project delivery, solutions design and development, maintenance aspect and strong in external stakeholder management
- Proven track record of managing multiple application development projects
- Possession of the following experience preferred:
- Management of IT team to implement an enterprise application system development projects
- Solid experience in managing full software development life cycle (SDLC) for mission critical systems - Strong technical knowledge in software architecture and integration design and project delivery in package solution delivery.
- Good people management, communication, and presentation skills
