Job description
Our client is a prominent insurance brokerage firm, they are seeking a Senior Account Manager to provide exceptional key account servicing to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for insurance quotations, product comparisons, and after-sales services.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact for their insurance needs.
2. Provide accurate and timely insurance quotations tailored to clients' requirements.
3. Conduct thorough product comparisons to ensure clients receive the most suitable coverage at competitive rates.
4. Build strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
5. Coordinate policy issuance, renewal processes, and assist with claims management.
Requirements:
1. Strong key account servicing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.
4. Have IIQE 1,2, 3 would have added advantages.
5. Fluent in Cantonese, English
