Currently seeking a System Analyst to join the team and play a crucial role in developing the next-generation pension system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing applications using Microsoft .NET and other technologies like Java, or develop new applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Gather user requirements by understanding business objectives, challenges, and operational inefficiencies, and propose solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead the design, development, and unit testing of software components based on functional requirements.
- Ensure developed software is high-performing, secure, scalable, and integrates well with both internal and external systems and databases.
- Contribute to the development of application and technical architecture.
- Act as a security control advisor, asset owner, and custodian within the information security framework.
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of application development experience, with over 5 years in system design.
- Proficient in relational databases (MS SQL), application framework development, project management, web programming, C#, .Net Core technologies, and multi-tiered system design.
- Familiarity with financial services or related applications.
- Experience in project management and communication skills, with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
