Our client would like to recruit a manager to facilitate the agency channel and the agency force on Business Development.
Responsibilities
• Report to the Head of the Agency, you will lead a small team to drive the business development strategy and initiatives.
• Gather the latest market insights to provide product advisory, sales information updates, and suggestions on product highlights and advantages.
• Advise on favourable selling solutions for the sales team to enhance growth and achieve the company’s business goal.
• Serve as a key decision-maker to determine the appropriate business actions.
• Participate in sales Management, agency channel development, distribution sales, and marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in the insurance agency channel within an insurance company.
• Proven track record in driving business growth through the agency channel.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and deep market insights are highly preferred.
• Solid experience with agency channel development experience has added advantages.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and thrives in a fast-paced.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
