Despite this is a one-year contract role, it is likely to get the opportunity to renew the contract or convert to permanent. The ideal candidate is coming from large scale MNC with solid C&B/ Payroll experience.

Job Description:
- Process complex payroll for front-line and back-office staff in a timely manner
- Calculate and verify various components such as allowance/ overtime/ bonus in compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, HR, and accounting teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Maintain detailed payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant Hong Kong employment regulations
- Assist in ad hoc tasks when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in handling payroll matters, coming from MNCs with large population is preferred
- Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to details, and ability to work under a fast pace environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
