We are delighted to present our esteemed client, with a global presence, headquartered in Asia. They are currently hiring a Digital Workplace Program Director to oversee their APAC operations, this will include managing a team across Hong Kong, PRC and South East Asia.
This candidate will manage a team and drive definition and implementation of programs advancing key Digital Workplace technologies, including security, end user computing, collaboration, messaging, and end user productivity enablement. This position will help define, build, and transform a traditional desktop engineering discipline towards an efficient Digital Workplace function through adoption of personalized, role-based services to work from anywhere and any device.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global digital workplace engineering team focused on delivering end user productivity solutions
- Develop and manage the vision, design and deployment of digital workplace capabilities including compute, business productivity, collaboration, messaging, unified communications, information sharing
- Establish and maintain the digital workplace technology standards to simplify fulfilling user requests and merger and acquisition transitions
- Partner with business units consulting and advising on digital workplace services, best practices to onboard to the standard services, provision environments, develop roles and build a seamless onboarding process
- Work with new technologies and transform legacy technology to enable device diversity and improve user experience
- Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to recommend tactical and strategic initiatives to enable business capabilities and align to objectives
- Work with Support teams to debug and resolve issues, and act as an escalation point for incidents
- Provide planning, project management and implementation leadership identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
- Lead a consistent, measurable process to operationalize and scale digital workplace strategic initiatives and execution
- Manage the development and migration of existing services to the target digital workplace capabilities
- Participate in security architecture and engineering for digital workplace to ensure compliance and best practice
- Identify gaps in digital workplace engineering people, process, technology and develop strategies with a prioritized roadmap
- Establish key KPI, SLA's, metrics, and measurements to demonstrate meeting objectives and identify areas of improvement
- Contribute to a culture of learning and growth providing training and education to the enterprise on digital workplace technologies, best practices, standards, and patterns
Skills/Experience
- 5 or more years of experience in an execution leadership role delivering digital workplace capabilities and solutions in a matrixed shared services organization
- Experience defining and managing migrations to virtual desktop environments, end user computing engineering, and other core end user and digital workplace capabilities
- Proven Analytical Skills And Experience Making Date Driven Decisions
- strong knowledge of digital workplace management tools
- Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management team members throughout the company
- Proven ability to hire, scale, manage, coach, and lead dynamic and diverse technical teams
- Ability to lead through change and transformation while adapting to shifting priorities
