Responsibility
- Write and review a range of testing documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage and clarity.
- Manage the coordination of business testing with local teams for updates to digital channels, such as Mobile and Website.
- Oversee testing tasks for specific projects, monitor progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Participate in every stage of SDLC and carry out analysis and recommendations of business requirements
- Review and analysis of functional specifications and design layout specification to identify required testing conditions
- Plan and Perform UAT exercises
- Prepare data conversion plan and test plan, test cases, test reports, user operation manuals, and training materials
- Plan and use test automations to enhance the efficiency of testing process
- Perform production support tasks for the core system
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience in Banking, Financial Services, or regional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of coordinating multiple development teams across various locations.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while balancing responsibilities across different areas.
- Excellent awareness of technology and the internet including browsers, operating systems and devices.
- Strong decision-making skills to assess the significance of defects identified during testing, considering their impact.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, with a preference for candidates who can respond on short notice.
