About the Company:
My client is an international law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to their clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly office support professional to join their team on a 8-week contract.

Job Description:
  • Act as a the “face” of the firm to greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Responsible for meeting room arrangement and scheduling to ensure no clashes
  • Contact and liaise with external vendors for office maintenance matter when necessary
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks when needed
Skills & Experiences required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience as Receptionist / Admin professional, candidates with more experience are more than welcome
  • Candidates from professional service industry (i.e. banking/ professional firms or legal) has an added advantage
  • Candidates who are outspoken with a mature manner and detail-minded
