About the Company:
My client is a leading fintech MNC who is at the forefront of innovation in the fintech sector, providing advanced solutions that allow individuals and businesses to thrive financially. On behalf of my client, we are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team and contribute to their people strategy. This position will be focusing on acting as an HRBP serving the senior management of the firm, the ideal candidate should be a seasoned HR Professional who has great stakeholder management skills, experienced in providing strategic solution as well as leadership development. 

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Closely work with delegated senior management to identify their needs / gaps in personal development/ growth goal
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify development needs for senior management and facilitate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in any ad hoc task when necessary
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a Talent Development Professional, candidates coming from tech/ fintech industries have an added advantage
  • Candidates with regional exposure are preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
