Job Description:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
- Closely work with delegated senior management to identify their needs / gaps in personal development/ growth goal
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify development needs for senior management and facilitate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in any ad hoc task when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a Talent Development Professional, candidates coming from tech/ fintech industries have an added advantage
- Candidates with regional exposure are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
