Key Responsibilities:
- As a leader and project driver to design the reward system and formulate the reward strategies
- To develop the overall customer group management plans and segmentation strategies, including customer acquisition and retention metrics.
- Oversee the operation including managing the membership platform.
- Plan and execute daily marketing activities related to the membership system.
Qualifications:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in membership operations and marketing within a life insurance company.
- With solid experience and knowledge in membership platform design, to with the functionalities of points platforms; relevant experience is preferred.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of the reward platform
- Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
