As the Rewards Program Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our rewards program to enhance customer loyalty and engagement. Your strategic vision will guide the creation of initiatives that resonate with my client’s customers and strengthen their brand.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive rewards program and strategy that aligns with company goals and enhances customer loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the rewards program with marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
- Develop and manage the budget for the rewards program, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Oversee the launch and promotion of rewards initiatives, ensuring effective communication to customers.
- Foster partnerships with vendors and other stakeholders to enrich the rewards program offerings.
- Monitor program performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in rewards program management, customer loyalty, or related fields.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience at Rewards Program within the insurance arena
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
- Good command of English and Chinese
