We are delighted to present our esteemed client, with a global presence, headquartered in Asia. They are currently hiring a SAP Program Lead (HRIS) to oversee their APAC operations, this will include managing a team of over 6 lawyers spread across Hong Kong, PRC and South East Asia.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional EMEA-wide programme and/or project teams, managing all project lifecycle activities.
- Accountable for managing the program and project lifecycle and budget in line with the project management methodology, consistently demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with business expectations and contract.
- Manage diverse project teams across the EMEA organization, to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Plan and drive completion of all project deliverables including project plans, budget, testing, deliverables implementation and handover into business as usual.
- Manage scope, schedule, quality, and risks and issues.
- Working directly as a trusted advisor to a senior stakeholder, helping them navigate the complexities and opportunities of a HR Transformation powered by SuccessFactors.
- Resourcing a project from start to finish, helping balance delivery needs and strong resources within financial expectations.
- A strong and active participation in the development of our team, fulfilling a people leader role, interviewing candidates, and supporting career development and well-being of team members.
- Driving practice development initiatives alongside internal and external stakeholder, helping develop our team and team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 year’s in the Human Capital Management Area
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience from managing a professional service team or organization with responsibility for overall utilization, capacity planning and project finance
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience with managing SuccessFactors projects
- Proven experience within Project management and steering group participation on senior level in large organizations.
- Project Management certifications is considered important.
- A drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to with all levels of both customer organization and internally
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English – spoken and in writing
