- As a senior manager, you will be leading a team to implement mid to long term customer engagement strategy.
- To understand customer behaviour, to drive for customer engagement, events participation and increasing the loyalty to the business in long run.
- To ensure service delivery are meeting to standard and exceeding customer satisfaction.
- To provide training to junior members on customer relationship building, to develop excellent customer journey.
- About 8 years of premium customer service experience or event marketing experience to high-net-worth customers or privilege customers from service sector (Eg. Hospitality, aviation, event management, PR, have added advantages)
- Team leadership experience in leading a small customer service team
- Customer centric – in-depth customer behaviour knowledge and experience
- Strong business acumen in driving customer engagement, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty for business growth and events enrollment.
- Presentable, excellent interpersonal skills and problem service skills.
- Effective communication skills to communicate with various departments for coordination. (marketing, catering, operation, etcs)
