This Leading Crypto Player is looking for seasoned risk talent focusing on trading risk to join their team due to business expansion. You will be joining a team of 8 working on shift. Great working culture and great remuneration package are provided.

job scope.
As the Senior Manager, Trading Risk in a Leading Crypto Player, your key responsibility will be to:

Oversee risk-related strategies for the firm cryptocurrency trading products, including mark prices, liquidation systems, and insurance reserves.
Detect potential market threats and recommend enhancements to risk management parameters to minimize the likelihood of losses from unusual events and boost the size and growth rate of the insurance reserves.
Track real-time market data and risk metrics to swiftly identify irregularities and potential hazards. Upon identifying risks, take suitable actions to manage reports and execute a risk management plan.
Collaborate with product managers in utilizing risk monitoring tools to detect and analyze harmful user behaviors. You will also implement restrictions on malicious users, prepare processing reports, and communicate findings to compliance and legal teams.
Acquire a thorough understanding of the platform's risk management mechanisms and principles, and by monitoring the market, propose improvements to our risk systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Deep enthusiasm for trading, blockchain technology, and the financial sector.
Over 5 years of experience in risk management, ideally within the trading field.
High awareness of data, with exceptional analytical skills and the capability to make decisions based on data insights.
Strong logical reasoning abilities and a collaborative team player who demonstrates accountability.
Capacity to work efficiently in cross-functional environments to address challenges and accomplish objectives aligned with the team's goals.
